Guidelines for new patients booking initial and follow up appointments:

• For adult (16 years and older), please book one initial appointment,  and 4-6 follow up appointments, only one appointment per week. Booking these follow-up appointments now ensures there is no delay in follow up appointments. Please note, adult initial appointments are typically booking at a minimum of 6-8 weeks in advance.

• For infants and children, please book one initial appointment  at this time. Follow up appointments will be booked at the conclusion    of that initial appointment based on your treatment plan. Please note, infant and children initial appointments are typically available with-in 2 to 5 days. If  you are unable to find an opening, please call the office immediately  and leave a message specify that you are requesting an infant or child  appointment. Your call will be returned by the office to set an  appointment.

Osteopathy is often covered by extended health care plans. Be  sure to look into   your coverage options before your visit. In this  case, we provide the   necessary receipt for you to submit for  reimbursement.

Should you need to change your appointment, please contact us at least two (2) business days hours prior to the appointment.
